Criteria for Nursery & Jr.Kg. Admissions: 2025-2026

Nursery : The child must be born between 1st July, 2021 and 31st December, 2022. (both dates inclusive)
Jr. Kg. : The child must be born between 1st July, 2020 and 31st December, 2021. (both dates inclusive)
Locality of Residence: Within 1 km radius of school
Nursery - ONLY ONLINE ADMISSION FORMS will be accepted from December 1st, 2024 to December 25th, 2024.
Jr. Kg. - ONLY ONLINE ADMISSION FORMS will be accepted from December 15th, 2024 to January 10th, 2025.
There will be no offline admission.
Parents and the child will meet the School Admission Committee only, when given an appointment for the admission.
Parents will be required to produce the original and attested Xerox copies of the following documents / certificates :
1. Municipal Birth Certificate. (for Catholics, Baptism Certificate is compulsory)
2. Caste/Sub-caste certificate if applicable.
3. Aadhar Card of the child.
4. Ration Card with child’s name included.
5. Passport size photograph of the child.
6. Complete Family photograph.(parents and all their children)
If the child belongs to any Scheduled Caste, Scheduled tribe, Nomadic tribe, Other Backward Caste etc., a certificate of the child has to be submitted along with Admission form.
Caste Certificate of either parent will not be considered. Please note that the Caste Certificate should be obtained only from the Tahsildar's / Magistrate / Collector's Office. Caste Certificate from any other organization or institution will not considered.
English Translation (Affidavit) required in case of Birth or Caste Certificate in regional language
School Leaving Certificate of parents, if he / she is an ex-student of this school.
Incomplete forms will not be entertained.
This form registration is not a guarantee for admission.
If any misinformation in any detail is detected, the admission of the child will be cancelled.
The decision of the selection of students will be done by the SCHOOL ADMISSION COMMITTEE only.
Parents will be intimated about their child’s admission via WhatsApp Msg.
The school authorities declare that they do not accept any donation. Those attempting to secure admission by any dishonest or unfair means their admissions will stand cancelled.

Cancellation of Admission and Refund Policy 2025-2026


1. Admission Fees paid to the school will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Those parents who wish to cancel the admission of their ward should give a written application signed by both the parents/whoever signed the admission form, seeking cancellation of admission. The policy norms are mentioned below:
  1. If communication in writing for withdrawal is given to the School at any time on or before 31st March, 2025, then 90% Fee will be refunded (Except Admission Fee).
  2. If communication in writing for withdrawal is given to the School between 1st April, 2025 and 31st May, 2025, then 50% Fee will be refunded (Except Admission Fee).
  3. If communication in writing for withdrawal is given to the School at any time after 31st May, 2025, then fee will not be refunded.

2. Refund Request Process
  1. Application for Refund: To initiate the refund process, parents or guardians must submit a written request for withdrawal to the school's administrative office. The request should include the student's full name, class, reason for withdrawal and the date of withdrawal.
  2. It will be at the discretion of the management to consider the request of the refund.
  3. If the management considers the application for refund, it will be processed within 60 working days.
  4. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If, for any reason, that is not possible, we will coordinate with parents/guardians to arrange an alternative refund method.
